Configuring Service Area ZIP Codes

Use service area ZIP codes when delivery or service availability depends on location. Add one ZIP at a time or paste a bulk delivery list from a spreadsheet with optional labels such as 78701 - Central Austin or 78701, Central Austin. Pause a ZIP when the business temporarily stops serving that area, and reactivate it later without retyping the label. If active ZIPs are configured, Eventodesk can show service-area context on public contact pages, footers, quote forms, and availability forms, then checks delivery quote requests against those ZIPs on the public form and again on the server before accepting the submission. Leave this empty when the business reviews service areas manually, serves a broad region, or wants to handle custom out-of-area requests case by case.
