When a customer chooses a date or time that is blocked by public hours, booking windows, special hours, blackout dates, notice rules, or window capacity, Eventodesk can show other available windows to try. These alternatives are generated from owner-configured rules and rendered again after server-side validation rejects an unavailable submission. Alternatives are helpful suggestions, not confirmed bookings; the business still reviews inventory, service area, delivery capacity, quote terms, and final logistics before accepting the request.
